Doch jahrelange B\u00fcrokratisierung und verkrustete Strukturen haben B\u00fcrgerinnen, B\u00fcrger und Unternehmen allzu oft ausgebremst und Vertrauen gekostet. Damit machen wir jetzt Schluss: Mit einer umfassenden Modernisierungsoffensive, die Deutschland wieder handlungsf\u00e4higer macht.<\/p>\n

Wir wollen einen Staat, der den Menschen dient \u2013 nicht umgekehrt. Deshalb digitalisieren wir die Verwaltung konsequent: Beh\u00f6rdeng\u00e4nge sollen k\u00fcnftig \u00fcber eine zentrale digitale Plattform einfach und sicher von zu Hause aus m\u00f6glich sein, unterst\u00fctzt durch die pers\u00f6nliche Deutschland-ID. Ein neues, schlagkr\u00e4ftiges Bundesdigitalministerium wird diesen Wandel mit Nachdruck vorantreiben und sicherstellen, dass die Chancen der Digitalisierung endlich bei den Menschen ankommen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gleichzeitig sagen wir \u00fcberfl\u00fcssiger B\u00fcrokratie und G\u00e4ngelung den Kampf an. Wir werden die B\u00fcrokratiekosten f\u00fcr unsere Wirtschaft sp\u00fcrbar um ein Viertel senken und uns von nationalen Sonderlasten wie dem Lieferkettengesetz verabschieden, die unsere Unternehmen im internationalen Wettbewerb benachteiligen. Auch der Staat selbst muss schlanker und effizienter werden: Wir fangen bei uns an, bauen Personal in der Bundesverwaltung ab und halbieren das ausufernde Beauftragtenwesen. Gesetze werden k\u00fcnftig konsequent auf ihre Praxistauglichkeit gepr\u00fcft \u2013 was sich nicht bew\u00e4hrt oder den Praxistest nicht besteht, wird abgeschafft oder gar nicht erst eingef\u00fchrt.<\/span><\/p>\n
