Mal. Es war der endg\u00fcltige Zivilisationsbruch und Vorbote der Massenvernichtungen an J\u00fcdinnen und Juden aus ganz Europa. Mehr als acht Jahrzehnte sp\u00e4ter entbrennt der Hass gegen unsere j\u00fcdische Bev\u00f6lkerung erneut. Mit einem interfraktionellen Antrag setzen wir uns als CDU\/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion gemeinsam mit den Fraktionen von SPD, Gr\u00fcnen und FDP f\u00fcr einen verbesserten Schutz j\u00fcdischen Lebens ein.<\/span><\/p>\n

Insbesondere seit dem Terrorangriff der Hamas auf Israel am 7. Oktober 2023 sehen wir eine deutliche Zunahme antisemitischer Straftaten und \u00c4u\u00dferungen des Judenhasses auf unseren Stra\u00dfen. Das sichtbare Anwachsen des Antisemitismus ist nicht nur eine Bedrohung f\u00fcr die j\u00fcdische in Deutschland. Es stellt auch einen Angriff auf die Werte und Grunds\u00e4tze unserer gesamten Gesellschaft dar. Dies unterstreicht die Notwendigkeit, j\u00fcdisches Leben in Deutschland aktiv zu sch\u00fctzen und weiter zu st\u00e4rken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit dem interfraktionellen Antrag setzen die Fraktionen der demokratischen Mitte im Deutschen Bundestag ein klares Zeichen gegen jeden Antisemitismus und gegen eine antisemitisch motivierte Verurteilung Israels. Wir treten gemeinsam f\u00fcr einen besseren Schutz j\u00fcdischen Lebens in Deutschland ein und fordern, dass die Bundesregierung ihre Anstrengungen zur F\u00f6rderung der j\u00fcdischen Kultur und Bildung intensiviert. Antisemitismus muss in allen Bereichen der Gesellschaft zur\u00fcckgedr\u00e4ngt werden. Wo erforderlich, sind auch Gesetzesl\u00fccken zu schlie\u00dfen. In diesem Zusammenhang nennt der Antrag neben dem Strafrecht auch das Aufenthalts-, das Asyl- und das Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeitsrecht.<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Deutsche Bundestag stellt au\u00dferdem erneut fest, dass die Bundesregierung die <\/span>Arbeitsdefinition von Antisemitismus der International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance <\/span>(IHRA) als ma\u00dfgeblich heranzuziehen hat. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verlangen wir den Ausschluss staatlicher F\u00f6rderung f\u00fcr alle Organisationen, die mit der sogenannten BDS-Bewegung in Verbindung stehen, zum Boykott Israels aufrufen oder sonstige antisemitische Inhalte verbreiten.
