Herausgekommen ist am Ende ein weichgesp\u00fcltes P\u00e4ckchen, das kaum einen nennenswerten Beitrag zur L\u00f6sung der Asylkrise leisten wird.<\/span><\/p>\n

In der Aussprache zur Regierungserkl\u00e4rung von Bundeskanzler Scholz hat unser Fraktionsvorsitzender Friedrich Merz deshalb v\u00f6llig zu Recht erneut auf eine echte Asylwende gepocht. Dieser Forderung verleihen wir mit zwei Entschlie\u00dfungsantr\u00e4gen Nachdruck.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit unserem Entschlie\u00dfungsantrag \u201eEin umfassendes Sicherheitspaket jetzt beschlie\u00dfen\u201c dr\u00e4ngen wir auf die schnelle Umsetzung eines echten und umfassenden Sicherheitspakets, das effektive Ma\u00dfnahmen wie die Speicherung von IP-Adressen und den Einsatz von Gesichtserkennung beinhaltet. Zudem wollen wir das Problem der massenhaften illegalen Zuwanderung und die daraus entstehenden Folgeprobleme endlich wirksam angehen und erneuern in diesem Antrag unsere Forderung nach umfassenden Zur\u00fcckweisungen auch von Asylsuchenden an den Grenzen zu unseren europ\u00e4ischen Nachbarstaaten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ineffektiv, b\u00fcrokratisch und im Ergebnis unwirksamen<\/b><\/p>\n

Mit der Einbringung eines weiteren Entschlie\u00dfungsantrags stellen wir uns den im Sicherheitspaket enthaltenen Ma\u00dfnahmen im Waffenrecht entgegen. Abgesehen von einigen wenigen sinnvollen \u00c4nderungen \u2013 insbesondere erweiterte Kontrollbefugnisse der Bundespolizei \u2013 dr\u00e4ngt sich der Eindruck auf: SPD und Gr\u00fcne wollen den Anschlag von Solingen nutzen, um lang geplante \u00c4nderungen im Waffenrecht gegen die FDP durchzusetzen. Allerdings h\u00e4tten die geplanten \u00c4nderungen die Terroranschl\u00e4ge von Mannheim und Solingen nicht verhindert. Diese ineffektiven, b\u00fcrokratischen und im Ergebnis unwirksamen Versch\u00e4rfungen lehnen wir deshalb ab.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Nerven liegen blank<\/b><\/p>\n

Skandal\u00f6s: Beide Antr\u00e4ge wurden im Innenausschuss von den Ampel-Fraktionen gar nicht erst zur Abstimmung zugelassen. Das ist ein einmaliger Vorgang, der die Grundfesten parlamentarischer Gepflogenheiten ber\u00fchrt. Offenbar liegen in den Regierungsfraktionen die Nerven derart blank, dass man ernsthaft bef\u00fcrchtete, einzelne Abgeordnete k\u00f6nnten f\u00fcr unsere Antr\u00e4ge stimmen.
