Mit seinem Urteil gibt das h\u00f6chste deutsche Gericht unserer Verfassungsbeschwerde statt und kassiert erneut ein zentrales Vorhaben der Bundesregierung.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es steht au\u00dfer Frage, dass der Bundestag kleiner werden muss. Die Wahlrechtsreform der Ampel war aber von Beginn an zum Scheitern verurteilt. Nach dem gescheiterten GEG und den kruden Haushaltstricks wird Scholz und Co. damit abermals die gelb-rote Karte gezeigt. Auch ist der Versuch, politische Konkurrenten mit Hilfe des Wahlrechts auszuschalten, endg\u00fcltig gescheitert.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es ist h\u00f6chste Zeit, dass die Ampel jetzt mit den demokratischen Fraktionen ernsthaft zusammenarbeitet \u2013 so wie es die jahrzehntelange, gute Gepflogenheit war. Aus dem Demokratieprinzip folgt, dass die W\u00e4hler das Wahlrecht verstehen m\u00fcssen und erkennbar sein muss, wie die Stimme abgegeben werden muss, damit ein bestimmter Wille kundgetan wird. Beides l\u00e4sst das Ampel-Wahlrecht vermissen. Deshalb bedarf es dringend einer Nachbesserung.<\/span><\/p>\n
