Die Abschaffung des Agrardiesels war dabei nur die Spitze des Eisbergs. Die stetig zunehmende B\u00fcrokratie und hohe finanzielle Belastungen treiben immer mehr landwirtschaftliche Betriebe in den Ruin. Als Union haben wir die Bundesregierung deshalb gestern zum Handeln aufgefordert.<\/span><\/p>\n

In einer Plenarrede zu einem von uns eingebrachten Antrag zur Entlastung der Landwirtschaft habe ich mit Bundeslandwirtschaftsminister Cem \u00d6zdemirs bisherigem Wirken abgerechnet. Denn statt endlich daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass die heimische Landwirtschaft in Deutschland noch eine Zukunft hat, verrennt sich \u00d6zdemir weiter in ideologische Klientelprojekte. Bestes Beispiel daf\u00fcr: das Kinder-Lebensmittel-Werbegesetz. Auch knapp anderthalb Jahre und f\u00fcnf Entw\u00fcrfe sp\u00e4ter verweigern ihm die Koalitionspartner f\u00fcr dieses Vorhaben weiter die Gefolgschaft \u2013 und das v\u00f6llig zu Recht. Das Gesetzesvorhaben strotzt vor Bevormundungsfantasien und entbehrt dabei jeglicher wissenschaftlicher Grundlage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cem \u00d6zdemirs Vorst\u00f6\u00dfe sind aber nicht nur Ausdruck einer fragw\u00fcrdigen Ideologie, sondern auch eine enorme finanzielle Belastung f\u00fcr unsere Landwirte. Das j\u00fcngste Beispiel daf\u00fcr ist die geplante Tierschutznovelle. Auf sage und schreibe 878 Millionen Euro beziffert die Bundesregierung die einmaligen Kosten ihres Gesetzentwurfs f\u00fcr die Landwirtschaft. Hinzu kommen gesch\u00e4tzte j\u00e4hrliche Kosten in H\u00f6he von 106 Millionen Euro. Das ist absolut unverh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig! Der Nutzen ist zudem \u00e4u\u00dferst zweifelhaft, denn Deutschland hat schon heute eines der besten Tierschutzgesetze der Welt. Dieses weiter zu versch\u00e4rfen, w\u00fcrde f\u00fcr viele tierhaltende Betriebe in unserem Land das sichere Aus bedeuten \u2013 bei gleichzeitig steigenden Importen aus dem Ausland.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wenn Cem \u00d6zdemir so sehr am Tierwohl gelegen ist, dann w\u00e4re er gut darin beraten, stattdessen endlich beim Tierhaltungskennzeichnungsgesetz nachzubessern. Dieses Gesetz ist bis heute nichts weiter als ein gro\u00dfer Etikettenschwindel. Damit reiht es sich nahtlos in die unr\u00fchmliche landwirtschaftspolitische Bilanz der Bundesregierung ein.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Diese f\u00e4llt inzwischen so d\u00fcster aus, dass sich die Fraktionsspitzen der Ampel zum Handeln gezwungen sehen. Ihr am Dienstag angek\u00fcndigtes Agrarpaket umfasst allerdings nur einen Bruchteil dessen, was die Bundesregierung im M\u00e4rz in Aussicht gestellt hat. Allein der Wegfall des Agrardiesels und die steuerlichen Mehrbelastungen schlagen mit \u00fcber 500 Millionen Euro j\u00e4hrlich zu Buche. Von echten Entlastungen kann also weiterhin keine Rede sein. Es ist allerh\u00f6chste Zeit zu handeln!
