Diese zeigt vor allem eines: dringenden Handlungsbedarf!<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Zahlen sind alarmierend. So ist bspw. die Gewaltkriminalit\u00e4t massiv gestiegen. Sie hat mit 214.099 F\u00e4llen den H\u00f6chststand seit 15 Jahren erreicht. Die Zahl beim Wohnungseinbruchdiebstahl wuchs um 18,8 Prozent auf 77.819 F\u00e4lle. Die Bundesregierung bleibt aber unt\u00e4tig oder verschlechtert sogar teilweise die gesetzliche Sicherheitslage. Sie bildet damit ein Sicherheitsrisiko f\u00fcr unser Land.<\/span><\/p>\n

Erschreckend ist auch die zunehmende Zahl von Kindern und Ausl\u00e4ndern als T\u00e4ter. Bei Kindern betr\u00e4gt der Anstieg 43 % im Vergleich zu 2019. Doch die Ampel hat keine L\u00f6sung. Von Menschen, die bei uns als G\u00e4ste leben, erwarte ich hingegen ein besonderes Ma\u00df an Rechtstreue. F\u00fcr ausl\u00e4ndische Straft\u00e4ter muss gelten: Wer sein Gastrecht missbraucht, muss sein Gastland verlassen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Arbeitsverweigerung der Ampel ist insgesamt ein Skandal<\/b><\/p>\n

Die Bundesregierung darf diesem Trend nicht einfach weiter tatenlos zusehen \u2013 oder ihn durch Gesetze wie die Cannabis-Legalisierung gar noch weiter verschlimmern. Daher fordern wir als Unions-Bundestagsfraktion bessere Ermittlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, mehr Personal und mehr Befugnisse f\u00fcr unsere Sicherheitsbeh\u00f6rden. Entsprechende Gesetzentw\u00fcrfe und Antr\u00e4ge haben wir dazu diese Sitzungswoche vorgelegt.
