Wie viele junge Eltern habe ich dabei wieder festgestellt, wie gro\u00df die tagt\u00e4glichen Herausforderungen sind, wenn es um die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf geht. Das muss besser werden!<\/span><\/p>\n

Zwar stimmt es, dass dazu in den letzten Jahren bereits zahlreiche Ma\u00dfnahmen umgesetzt wurden. Doch viel zu oft verkommt der Satz \u201eviel erreicht, aber noch viel zu tun\u201c zur blo\u00dfen Floskel. Was es braucht, sind konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen. Familiengr\u00fcndung und Karriereleiter d\u00fcrfen kein Gegensatz sein! Die CDU hat klare Vorstellungen, wie das gelingen kann.<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr uns steht fest: Jede Frau muss frei entscheiden k\u00f6nnen, welches Modell in ihrer individuellen Lebenssituation das geeignete ist. Dazu braucht es die richtigen Rahmenbedingungen: Flexiblere Arbeitszeiten und Arbeitszeitmodelle f\u00fcr verschiedene Lebensphasen sowie eine gute und zuverl\u00e4ssige Kinderbetreuung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Unter der Ampel herrscht jedoch auch bei diesem Thema Stillstand. Zwar betont Bundesfamilienministerin Lisa Paus immer wieder die Notwendigkeit einer besseren Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf. Konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen haben ihre Lippenbekenntnisse aber nicht zur Folge. Schlimmer noch: Dass das Kita-Investitionsprogramm dem Haushaltsdesaster der Ampel zum Opfer gefallen ist, wirft die Familienpolitik weit zur\u00fcck. Mit dem Aus k\u00fcndigt die Bundesregierung ihre im Koalitionsvertrag abgegeben Versprechen auf, was einen massiven Vertrauensverlust nach sich ziehen wird. Die Leidtragenden sind nicht nur die Eltern, sondern vor allem die Kinder. Auch ich als Mutter bin es wahrlich leid.
