Juni sind rund 350 Millionen Wahlberechtigte zur Wahl des neuen Europaparlaments aufgerufen. In einer gemeinsamen Pr\u00e4sidiumssitzung von CDU und CSU haben wir am vergangenen Montag unser starkes Wahlprogramm beschlossen <\/span>\u2013<\/span> f\u00fcr Freiheit, Sicherheit und Wohlstand in ganz Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das geeinte Europa ist f\u00fcr uns ein Projekt des Friedens und der Freiheit. Eingebunden in die transatlantische Partnerschaft hat Europa den V\u00f6lkern des Kontinents und besonders uns Deutschen die Sicherheit gegeben, die ein freies und gutes Leben braucht. Doch diese Sicherheit ist bedroht <\/span>\u2013<\/span> von innen und au\u00dfen. Das Erstarken extremistischer Parteien, der russische Angriffskrieg gegen die Ukraine und der voranschreitende Klimawandel mahnen: Europa kann und muss besser werden!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit unserem Wahlprogramm unterbreiten wir den W\u00e4hlerinnen und W\u00e4hlern ein \u00fcberzeugendes Angebot, um diese Herausforderungen entschlossen und l\u00f6sungsorientiert anzugehen. Die EU hat ihre Handlungsf\u00e4higkeit in schwierigen Situationen in der zur\u00fcckliegenden Wahlperiode wiederholt unter Beweis gestellt.
