November hat einige grundlegende Beschl\u00fcsse gefasst, um die Migrationskrise zu entsch\u00e4rfen. Allerdings unternimmt die Bundesregierung bisher zu wenig, um die in ihrer Verantwortung liegenden Beschl\u00fcsse auch tats\u00e4chlich umzusetzen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Anzahl der Asylbewerber in Deutschland ist zu hoch. Allein f\u00fcr 2023 werden ca. 300.000 Asylantr\u00e4ge erwartet. Die L\u00e4nder und Kommunen sind inzwischen zunehmend \u00fcberfordert. Ihre Infrastruktur, also z.B. das Schulsystem, die Kitas und auch Teile der Gesundheitsversorgung, gelangen an ihre Grenzen. Ein Grund f\u00fcr die gro\u00dfe Zahl der Asylbewerber in Deutschland ist eine hohe Sekund\u00e4rmigration aus anderen EU-Staaten. Diese Sekund\u00e4rmigration beruht u.a. auf unseren gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Sozialleistungen: Bereits nach 18 Monaten werden bisher aus \u201eAsylbewerberleistungsberechtigen\u201c, die etwas weniger als das Existenzminimum erhalten, sogenannte \u201eAnalogleistungsberechtigte\u201c, die einen Anspruch auf Leistungen nach dem SGB II, also in H\u00f6he des B\u00fcrgergeldes, haben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Unionsfraktion hat daher gestern den Entwurf eines Asylbewerberleistungsweiterentwicklungsgesetzes in den Deutschen Bundestag eingebracht. Damit wollen wir die von der Ministerpr\u00e4sidentenkonferenz beschlossene Ausweitung des Bezugszeitraums von verringerten Sozialleistungen f\u00fcr Asylbewerber von 18 auf 36 Monate realisieren. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Minimalkonsens, dessen Umsetzung l\u00e4ngst \u00fcberf\u00e4llig ist. Es ist v\u00f6llig unverst\u00e4ndlich, dass die Bundesregierung noch nicht die daf\u00fcr notwendigen Schritte unternommen hat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fest steht: Die Einigung der Regierungschefs von Bund und L\u00e4ndern ist zwar ein erster Schritt, reicht aber nicht ann\u00e4hernd aus, um der Migrationskrise Herr zu werden. Als CDU\/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion haben wir in einem Vorschlagskatalog sehr konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen erarbeitet, die einen sp\u00fcrbaren R\u00fcckgang der Migration bewirken w\u00fcrden (<\/span>zum Ma\u00dfnahmenkatalog<\/span><\/a>). Wir fordern die Bundesregierung weiterhin mit Nachdruck auf, endlich ihrer Verantwortung gerecht zu werden und eine echte Kurswende einzuleiten.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
