Deshalb haben wir in dieser Woche als Unionsfraktion zwei Gesetzentw\u00fcrfe in den Deutschen Bundestag eingebracht, mit denen wir die staatlichen Beh\u00f6rden im Kampf gegen den Antisemitismus st\u00e4rken m\u00f6chten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dass 85 Jahre nach dem Beginn der systematischen Verfolgung und Vernichtung des europ\u00e4ischen Judentums auf deutschen Stra\u00dfen wieder offen zu Gewalt gegen Juden aufgerufen wird, darf nicht ohne Konsequenzen bleiben. In den letzten Wochen hat sich allerdings gezeigt, dass die bisherigen strafrechtlichen Regelungen in vielen F\u00e4llen nicht ausreichen. Als CDU\/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion wollen wir deshalb mit einem Gesetzentwurf die Versch\u00e4rfung des Strafgesetzbuches erwirken (<\/span>zum Gesetzentwurf<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Dass bei propal\u00e4stinensischen Demonstrationen immer wieder die Ausl\u00f6schung Israels gefordert wird, k\u00f6nnen und wollen wir nicht hinnehmen. Der Straftatbestand der Volksverhetzung muss deshalb k\u00fcnftig auch die Leugnung des Existenzrechtes Israels und den Aufruf zu dessen Vernichtung umfassen und eine Mindestfreiheitsstrafe von sechs Monaten nach sich ziehen. <\/span>Auch die Sympathiewerbung f\u00fcr kriminelle und terroristische Vereinigungen, die unter der rot-gr\u00fcnen Bundesregierung 2002 aus dem Strafgesetzbuch gestrichen wurde, muss wieder unter Strafe gestellt werden, denn <\/span>zur Zeit ist nur die Werbung um Mitglieder oder Unterst\u00fctzer strafbar. Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00f6chten wir Schutzl\u00fccken schlie\u00dfen, die sich aus der derzeitigen Ausgestaltung des Strafrechts bei der Definition des Landfriedensbruchs ergeben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Viel deutlicher als bisher m\u00fcssen wir auch klarmachen: Migranten, die gegen Juden hetzen oder zur Vernichtung Israels aufrufen, haben in Deutschland nichts verloren. Ein weiterer von uns eingebrachter Gesetzentwurf sieht daher vor, dass von Ausl\u00e4ndern begangene antisemitische Straftaten zu deren Ausweisung f\u00fchren (<\/span>zum Gesetzentwurf<\/span><\/a>). Auch muss ein neuer Verlusttatbestand eingef\u00fchrt werden, demzufolge Personen mit mindestens einer weiteren Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeit im Falle der Verurteilung wegen einer antisemitischen Straftat zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von mindestens einem Jahr die deutsche Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeit verlieren.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
