St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden sind mit der Zahl der illegalen Zuwanderer \u00fcberlastet. Die Infrastruktur kommt an ihre Grenzen. Doch die Bundesregierung schafft keine sp\u00fcrbare Abhilfe. Was der Bundeskanzler zusammen mit den L\u00e4nderchefs an Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Eind\u00e4mmung der irregul\u00e4ren Migration beschlossen hat, ist eine vergebene Chance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Ministerpr\u00e4sidentenkonferenz (MPK) hat in der Nacht auf den 7. November 2023 gemeinsam mit dem Bundeskanzler eine Reihe von Beschl\u00fcssen zur Migrationspolitik gefasst. Diese Beschl\u00fcsse betreffen vorrangig die finanzielle Beteiligung des Bundes an den Fl\u00fcchtlingskosten, die Frage der Sozialleistungen f\u00fcr Asylsuchende sowie die Verfahrensbeschleunigung und -digitalisierung.<\/span><\/p>\n

Keine konkreten Ma\u00dfnahmen\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Der MPK voraus gingen viele Wochen, in denen weder das Ziel noch die konkreten L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze des Bundeskanzlers in Anbetracht der dr\u00e4ngenden Migrationskrise sichtbar wurden. Bereits am 6. September 2023, also vor mehr als zwei Monaten, hat Bundeskanzler Scholz im Plenum des Deutschen Bundestages der Opposition einen Deutschland-Pakt angeboten \u2013 ohne jedoch konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen vorzulegen. Wir als Unions-Bundestagsfraktion waren gespr\u00e4chsbereit \u2013 unter der Ma\u00dfgabe, dass am Ende wirksame Ma\u00dfnahmen stehen, welche die Zahlen der illegalen Migration nach Deutschland senken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es braucht einen Kurswechsel<\/b><\/p>\n

Leider zeigt sich aber auch am Ende dieser Woche, dass Bundeskanzler Scholz und die Ampel-Regierung nicht bereit sind, sich ernsthaft zu bewegen. Vielmehr wird weiter an der Realit\u00e4t und Stimmung im Land vorbeiregiert. Die Ma\u00dfnahmen sind ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung, werden aber weder die irregul\u00e4re Migration begrenzen noch unsere Kommunen zeitnah entlasten. Das Grundproblem ist, dass die Ampel-Fraktionen kein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis haben, wie sie diese Krise bew\u00e4ltigen m\u00f6chten. Damit wird die Ernsthaftigkeit der Lage weiter verkannt. Das macht mir, wie vielen Menschen in unserem Land auch, gro\u00dfe Sorgen!
