Hierzu erkl\u00e4rt die Waiblinger CDU-Bundestagsabgeordnete Christina Stumpp:\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cDie sogenannten Pool-\u00c4rzte, die unter anderem den haus- und fach\u00e4rztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst unterst\u00fctzen, sind zentral f\u00fcr die Sicherstellung einer umfassenden ambulanten Versorgung. Allein in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg sind es rund 3.000 Medizinerinnen und Mediziner, die als solche arbeiten. 1.700 von ihnen decken bis zu 40 Prozent der Notdienste ab und stellen damit seit Jahrzehnten mit gro\u00dfem Engagement unsere Versorgung sicher.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dass die T\u00e4tigkeit als Pool-Arzt zuk\u00fcnftig der Sozialversicherungspflicht unterliegen soll, macht sie f\u00fcr viele unattraktiv. Auch ist der damit verbundene Verwaltungsaufwand kaum zu stemmen. Die Folgen sind verheerend: Einerseits wird das Versorgungsangebot sp\u00fcrbar reduziert. So hat die Kassen\u00e4rztliche Vereinigung (KVBW) in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg bereits angek\u00fcndigt, acht von 115 Notfallpraxen komplett sowie sechs weitere teilweise zu schlie\u00dfen. Im Rems-Murr-Kreis betrifft dies die Praxen in Schorndorf, Winnenden und Backnang. Andererseits wird dadurch auch der Druck auf die ohnehin \u00fcberlasteten Notfallambulanzen der Krankenh\u00e4user weiter erh\u00f6ht. Den Preis daf\u00fcr zahlen nicht nur die Patientinnen und Patienten, sondern vor allem auch die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die schon jetzt vielerorts am Limit arbeiten. Daran kann niemand Interesse haben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sowohl der Bundesrat als auch wir als CDU\/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion (<\/span>zum Antrag<\/span><\/a>) haben die Bundesregierung mehrfach auf diese Problematik hingewiesen. Doch trotz dieser Warnungen, verweigern sich die Minister Lauterbach und Heil, eine sozialgesetzliche Ausnahmeregelung, wie es sie bspw. auch f\u00fcr Not\u00e4rzte schon gibt, zu schaffen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Zukunft der \u00e4rztlichen Versorgung – insbesondere in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten – darf nicht gef\u00e4hrdet und die Gesundheit sowie das Wohlbefinden der B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger blau\u00e4ugig aufs Spiel gesetzt werden.
