Welche Auswirkungen hat die B\u00fcrokratie?<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00dcberbordende B\u00fcrokratie schadet dem Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland. Sie hemmt die Lust an Innovationen. Sie b\u00fcrdet den Unternehmen Kosten auf. Sie l\u00e4hmt die Leistungsbereiten. Wenn nichts mehr vorangeht, verlieren die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger ihr Vertrauen in die Handlungsf\u00e4higkeit des Staates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Was tut die Ampel dagegen?<\/b><\/p>\n

Leider nichts. Obwohl die Ampel sich zu Beginn ihrer Amtszeit ein \u201eBelastungsmoratorium\u201c auferlegt hat, erl\u00e4sst sie immer neue Regulierungen. Beispiel: Heizungsgesetz. Beispiel: Kindergrundsicherung. Beides sind wahre B\u00fcrokratiemonster. Da helfen auch verbale Nebelkerzen wie \u201eDeutschlandpakt\u201c und \u201eDeutschlandtempo\u201c nicht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Was will die CDU\/CSU-Fraktion?<\/b><\/p>\n

Der CDU\/CSU-Fraktion ist es w\u00e4hrend der Regierungszeit von Angela Merkel gelungen, B\u00fcrokratie nennenswert abzubauen. Der Ma\u00dfstab daf\u00fcr, der sogenannte B\u00fcrokratiekostenindex, sank 2021 auf einen historischen Tiefstand. Die ehemalige Bundeskanzlerin hat damals Vorschl\u00e4ge gemacht, wie der Staat schlanker und effizienter werden kann.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Daran kn\u00fcpft die Union jetzt erneut an. Unter anderem wollen wir eine B\u00fcrokratiebremse. Diese soll zur R\u00fccknahme von Vorschriften verpflichten, wenn ein bestimmtes Ma\u00df \u00fcberschritten wird. F\u00fcr jede neue Regelung m\u00fcssen zwei vorhandene gestrichen werden. EU-Regeln d\u00fcrfen nur noch eins zu eins umgesetzt werden: nationale Sonderregeln werden nicht erlaubt. Alle Gesetze m\u00fcssen so gefasst werden, dass sie auch digital vollzogen werden k\u00f6nnen. Und: Es gibt Fristen f\u00fcr beh\u00f6rdliche Genehmigungen.
