Inzwischen sto\u00dfen die Kommunen bei der Unterbringung der Asylbewerber und Kriegsfl\u00fcchtlinge schon wieder an ihre Grenzen. Die Bundesregierung verschlie\u00dft jedoch die Augen vor den N\u00f6ten der St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden. Die Unionsfraktion nimmt das nicht l\u00e4nger hin. Sie beantragt im Bundestag zahlreiche Ma\u00dfnahmen, um die Kommunen zu entlasten.<\/p>\n

Wie ist die Lage?<\/strong><\/p>\n

2022 wurden \u00fcber 240.000 Asylantr\u00e4ge in Deutschland gestellt, so viele wie seit 2016 nicht mehr. In diesem Jahr k\u00f6nnten es \u00fcber 300.000 werden. Es sind die Kommunen, die die Migranten versorgen \u2013 etliche von ihnen sind nicht schutzbed\u00fcrftig. Auch \u00fcber eine Million Ukrainer, die vor dem russischen Angriffskrieg geflohen sind, betreuen die Kommunen ganz selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. L\u00e4ngst m\u00fcssen deshalb wieder Notunterk\u00fcnfte errichtet werden \u2013 in Turnhallen, Wohncontainern und Zelten, sogar auf angemieteten Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Es mangelt aber nicht nur an Wohnraum, sondern auch an Kinderbetreuern, Lehrern oder Beh\u00f6rdenmitarbeitern.<\/p>\n

Was macht die Regierung?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kaum etwas. Ihr fehlt offenbar das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Schwere der Situation. Zwei \u201eFl\u00fcchtlingsgipfel\u201c bei der Bundesinnenministerin blieben ohne Ergebnis. Die Teilnehmer kommunaler Spitzenverb\u00e4nde waren zutiefst entt\u00e4uscht. Wenn die Kommunen die Situation jedoch nicht bew\u00e4ltigen k\u00f6nnen, droht die Akzeptanz der Menschen f\u00fcr das Asylsystem zu schwinden.<\/p>\n

Was braucht es?\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die CDU\/CSU-Fraktion hatte die B\u00fcrgermeister und Landr\u00e4te Ende M\u00e4rz eingeladen, um sich deren N\u00f6te anzuh\u00f6ren. Aus dem Treffen entstand ein Forderungskatalog f\u00fcr den Bundestag. So will die Union, dass Kanzler Olaf Scholz das Thema Migrationspolitik zur Chefsache macht.<\/p>\n

Sie fordert die Ampel-Koalition auf, die irregul\u00e4re Migration nach Deutschland sp\u00fcrbar zu reduzieren und Anreize f\u00fcr unbegr\u00fcndete Asylantr\u00e4ge zu verringern. \u00dcberhaupt sollte die Entscheidung \u00fcber Asylantr\u00e4ge an den EU-Au\u00dfengrenzen fallen. Diese wiederum soll die Grenzschutzagentur Frontex besser bewachen. Innerhalb Deutschlands m\u00fcssen die Asylverfahren beschleunigt werden.
