Die Stadt Waiblingen wagt nun einen spektakul\u00e4ren Vorsto\u00df und investiert Millionen in den Aufbau einer entsprechenden Infrastruktur. \u201cDamit stellt Waiblingen die Weichen f\u00fcr die Zukunft\u201d, betont Christina Stumpp.<\/span><\/p>\n

Am 1. Juli fand in der Stuttgarter Stra\u00dfe in Waiblingen erstmals der Tag des Wasserstoffs statt. Michael Theurer, Staatsekret\u00e4r des Bundesministeriums f\u00fcr Digitales und Verkehr, \u00fcberreichte in diesem Rahmen eine F\u00f6rderzusage \u00fcber knapp 5,3 Millionen Euro f\u00fcr das Projekt hy.waiblingen, das Wasserstoff produzieren und ab 2024 f\u00fcr PKW, LKW und Busse zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen wird. Zus\u00e4tzlich sollen zehn Brennstoffzellenbusse angeschafft werden, die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger emissionsfrei im \u00f6ffentlichen Nahverkehr transportieren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Waiblinger Bundestagsabgeordnete Christina Stumpp freut sich \u00fcber den Innovationsgeist ihrer Heimatstadt und erkl\u00e4rt: \u201cDie Energiewende ist nur mit Innovationen und guten Ideen zu schaffen. Hier kann Wasserstoff als vielf\u00e4ltig einsetzbarer Energietr\u00e4ger eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle einnehmen. Als Waiblinger Bundestagsabgeordnete erf\u00fcllt es mich mit Freude und Stolz, dass unsere Stadtwerke Waiblingen mithelfen, einer klimaneutralen Zukunftstechnologie zum Einsatz im Alltag zu verhelfen.
