F\u00fcr eine echte Wirtschaftswende<\/b><\/h2>\n

Der Mittelstand ist das R\u00fcckgrat unserer Wirtschaft und der Garant f\u00fcr Wohlstand und Arbeitspl\u00e4tze \u2013 besonders in unserer Region. Die letzten Jahre unter der Ampel-Regierung haben uns jedoch deutlich vor Augen gef\u00fchrt, wie schwerwiegend eine falsche Wirtschaftspolitik die Zukunft unseres Landes gef\u00e4hrden kann. Statt die Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr Unternehmen zu verbessern, wurden h\u00e4ufig Entscheidungen getroffen, die das Wachstum bremsen und Arbeitspl\u00e4tze gef\u00e4hrden. Jetzt braucht es einen Kurswechsel: Wir m\u00fcssen die Unternehmen, Handwerksbetriebe und Industrien st\u00e4rken und ihnen die n\u00f6tigen Freir\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Innovation und Erfolg schaffen. Das ist mein Verst\u00e4ndnis von einer zukunftsf\u00e4higen Wirtschaftspolitik.<\/span><\/p>\n

Um die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit unserer Betriebe langfristig zu sichern, m\u00fcssen wir nicht nur die Energiepreise wieder deutlich senken, sondern auch den Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel aktiv bek\u00e4mpfen. Das bedeutet: eine praxisorientierte Schul- und Ausbildungspolitik, die junge Menschen bestm\u00f6glich auf die Anforderungen der Arbeitswelt vorbereitet. Zudem m\u00fcssen wir die Hochschulangebote weiter ausbauen, die den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Wirtschaft gerecht werden. F\u00fcr eine zukunftsf\u00e4hige Landwirtschaft<\/b><\/h2>\n

Die Arbeit der Landwirte und ihr wichtiger Beitrag zur Nahversorgung und Landschaftspflege liegen mir sehr am Herzen. Sie wurden mir sozusagen in die Wiege gelegt. Aber Landwirtschaft braucht unsere Unterst\u00fctzung. Wenn wir gesunde und nachhaltige Produkte auf dem Tisch haben wollen und wenn sich nicht nur Spitzenverdiener \u00f6kologisch und verantwortungsbewusste Erzeugnisse leisten k\u00f6nnen sollen, brauchen wir klare Bekenntnisse zu unserer Land- und Forstwirtschaft.<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr eine Familienpolitik, die ihren Namen verdient<\/b><\/h2>\n

Familien sind das Fundament unserer Gesellschaft \u2013 sie sorgen f\u00fcr Zusammenhalt, bieten Geborgenheit und sind der Ort, an dem die Werte f\u00fcr die Zukunft unseres Landes vermittelt werden. Doch in den letzten Jahren hat die Politik die Familien zu oft im Stich gelassen. Statt die Familien zu entlasten, wurden Steuererh\u00f6hungen und b\u00fcrokratische H\u00fcrden geschaffen, die den Alltag vieler Eltern unn\u00f6tig erschweren. Eine echte Familienpolitik muss deshalb mehr leisten: Sie muss Familien unterst\u00fctzen und ihnen die Freiheit geben, selbstbestimmt zu leben und zu entscheiden, wie sie ihre Zukunft gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das bedeutet konkret: Entlastungen bei den Steuern und Abgaben, eine bessere Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Alleinerziehende und die Schaffung von mehr flexiblen Betreuungsangeboten, die Beruf und Familie miteinander vereinbar machen. Wir brauchen auch eine St\u00e4rkung des Kindergeldes und eine faire Anerkennung der Erziehungsleistung. Die Sicherheit unserer B\u00fcrger ist das h\u00f6chste Gut und muss uneingeschr\u00e4nkt gew\u00e4hrleistet werden. In den letzten Jahren haben wir jedoch gesehen, dass eine unkontrollierte Migration und fehlende Integration die Sicherheitslage in vielen Regionen unseres Landes belasten. Die Ampel-Regierung hat es vers\u00e4umt, klare Ma\u00dfnahmen zu ergreifen, um die Migration effektiv zu steuern und den rechtm\u00e4\u00dfigen Aufenthalt von Asylbewerbern und Migranten zu sichern. Das hat nicht nur das Vertrauen in den Staat ersch\u00fcttert, sondern auch die Belastung f\u00fcr unsere Polizei und Sicherheitsbeh\u00f6rden erh\u00f6ht.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eine echte Sicherheits- und Migrationspolitik muss deshalb klare Regeln und konsequente Durchsetzung beinhalten. Wir brauchen z\u00fcgige und faire Asylverfahren, eine konsequente Abschiebepolitik f\u00fcr abgelehnte Asylbewerber sowie einen besseren Schutz unserer Grenzen. Dabei m\u00fcssen wir sicherstellen, dass Migranten, die bei uns bleiben, sich erfolgreich in unsere Gesellschaft integrieren \u2013 mit einem klaren Bekenntnis zu unseren Werten und Normen. Zugleich m\u00fcssen wir alle Formen von Kriminalit\u00e4t, die von Menschen ohne Aufenthaltsrecht oder kriminellen Netzwerken ausgehen, konsequent bek\u00e4mpfen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wer sich an die Gesetze h\u00e4lt, soll sich sicher f\u00fchlen k\u00f6nnen \u2013 und wer sich nicht daran h\u00e4lt, muss mit den vollen Konsequenzen rechnen. Arbeit ist der Schl\u00fcssel zu Wohlstand und sozialer Sicherheit. Doch in den letzten Jahren haben wir erlebt, dass sich harte Arbeit und Leistung f\u00fcr viele nicht mehr auszahlen. Hohe Steuerlasten, wachsende B\u00fcrokratie und steigende Lebenshaltungskosten belasten vor allem den Mittelstand. Besonders problematisch ist das von der Ampel-Regierung eingef\u00fchrte B\u00fcrgergeld. Anstatt Anreize f\u00fcr Eigenverantwortung und den Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt zu schaffen, wird durch das B\u00fcrgergeld die Bereitschaft, sich wieder voll in den Arbeitsmarkt einzubringen, gef\u00e4hrdet. Es sendet das falsche Signal, dass sich nicht jeder Einsatz lohnt \u2013 und das schw\u00e4cht langfristig unsere Arbeitskultur.<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr uns ist klar: Arbeit muss sich wieder lohnen! Deshalb setzen wir auf eine Wirtschaftspolitik, die den Mittelstand entlastet, den Steuerdruck verringert und gleichzeitig Anreize f\u00fcr die Aufnahme von Arbeit und die Weiterentwicklung von F\u00e4higkeiten schafft. Wir m\u00fcssen die Steuerbelastung f\u00fcr hart arbeitende B\u00fcrger senken und daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass Leistung anerkannt und belohnt wird.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zudem m\u00fcssen wir sicherstellen, dass Menschen, die Arbeit suchen, diese auch finden. Das geht nur, wenn wir in praxisorientierte Ausbildung und Weiterbildung investieren und eine Wirtschaftspolitik umsetzen, die Wachstum und Arbeitspl\u00e4tze sichert. Das B\u00fcrgergeld muss zur\u00fcckgenommen und durch ein System ersetzt werden, das den Arbeitsmarkt st\u00e4rkt und Menschen zur Eigeninitiative ermutigt. Pflege ist eine der wichtigsten S\u00e4ulen unseres Gesundheitssystems, doch in den letzten Jahren haben Pflegebed\u00fcrftige und Pflegekr\u00e4fte zunehmend die Folgen einer unzureichenden Pflegepolitik gesp\u00fcrt. Die Arbeitsbedingungen f\u00fcr Pflegekr\u00e4fte sind oft schlecht, die Bezahlung unzureichend und die b\u00fcrokratischen H\u00fcrden zu hoch. Gleichzeitig w\u00e4chst der Bedarf an Pflege durch den demografischen Wandel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir brauchen eine Pflegepolitik, die den Menschen in den Mittelpunkt stellt \u2013 sowohl die Pflegebed\u00fcrftigen als auch die Pflegekr\u00e4fte. Das bedeutet faire L\u00f6hne, bessere Arbeitsbedingungen und mehr Wertsch\u00e4tzung f\u00fcr die Pflegeberufe. Wir setzen uns daf\u00fcr ein, den b\u00fcrokratischen Aufwand zu verringern und die Finanzierung der Pflege auf stabile F\u00fc\u00dfe zu stellen, damit niemand vor finanziellen H\u00fcrden steht.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pflege muss sich lohnen \u2013 f\u00fcr alle, die gepflegt werden, und f\u00fcr diejenigen, die pflegen. F\u00fcr den sozialen Zusammenhalt, insbesondere in l\u00e4ndlichen Regionen, sorgen die vielen Ehrenamtlichen in Verb\u00e4nden, Vereinen, kirchlichen und sozialen Projekten. Die ehrenamtliche Arbeit verdient Anerkennung und Unterst\u00fctzung. Pflege betrifft uns alle. Ob als Pflegebed\u00fcrftiger oder indirekt als Angeh\u00f6riger. Aber leider ist gerade die Pflege ein Thema, das viele Pflegebed\u00fcrftige und auch ihre Angeh\u00f6rigen in eine Armutsfalle treibt.<\/p>\n

Ich unterst\u00fctze deshalb den Ansatz, die Eigenanteile von pflegebed\u00fcrftigen Menschen in Pflegeheimen so zu begrenzen, dass sie auch f\u00fcr Normalverdiener leistbar sind. Die Angeh\u00f6rigen d\u00fcrfen mit der Last der Betreuung und Versorgung nicht alleingelassen werden.
